Intensive registration

Thank you for being interested in the EL OLAM Center for Dance, 2-Day Dance, Mime, and Music Intensive. Please click the button below to view/download our registration form. Only one form needs to be completed per group.  Please complete and submit the form along with payment (forms submitted without payment will not be processed).   Note: If you are paying registration online, you will not need to fill out the above form; please refer to the online form below.  

 Send completed registration form(s) with payment to:

El Olam's 2-Day Dance Intensive, PO Box 1019, Union Lake, MI  48387, or scan and email to info@elolamdance.org. 

 Method of Payment:  Checks, money orders, cashier’s checks, credit cards, and debit cards are accepted as payment methods.  Please make checks, money orders, and cashier’s checks payable to EL OLAM CENTER FOR DANCE. Checks will not be accepted after June 1, 2024. 

Please note: A convenience service fee is applied to credit and debit card online purchases/registration. 

Special Groups: Triumph Church, Greater Grace Temple, National Liturgical Dance Network, and House of Prayer & Praise Dance/Mime Ministry - please call 248-599-2239 for assistance completing your registration. 

Refunds are only given within 48 hours of purchase.  After 48 hours, then registration can be gifted to someone or transferred to the next year's intensive.
